Seasonal illuminations around Christmas have become a popular attraction in cities across Japan.  Colorful holiday illuminations and Christmas decorations can be seen around the country creating breath taking views in this winter wonderland.  These brightly colored LED lights give life to the cold winter season.

Winter illuminations are typically displayed from around November to around Christmas or New Year, while a few are kept up until Valentine’s Day in February.
