While many dislike the sweltering summer heat and humidity in Japan, the summer season is a good time to go outdoor and appreciate the beauty of nature. With the sun shining brightly and the wind blowing gently, many people visit parks and gardens to enjoy the breezy summer days and admire the blooming of flowers. Iris, lilies and sunflowers are just some of the flowers blossoming colorfully in this time of year. Here are my recommended parks and gardens in Japan in summertime.
